How do I obtain a catalog?
You can order a catalog through our secure 24-hour online store or by contacting a Decorative Millwork Product Customer Service Representative. The cost is $10 and we accept VISA, MasterCard or a personal check. Other literature showcasing our products is available at no charge.

Where can I get samples?
4" lineal moulding samples are available on a "per job" basis from a Decorative Millwork Product Representative. Sample requests of 5 pieces or less are shipped free of charge. Carvings are not available for samples, they will need to be purchased.

What types of wood species do you offer?
All lineal mouldings are stocked in Poplar; some also in Red Oak. Hand-carved woodcarvings are available in Lindenwood, with some also in Maple and Cherry. Custom species are available upon request - see "Our Services" for list of custom species.

Do you do custom work?
Yes, custom work is available for both lineal mouldings and woodcarvings. See "Service/Support" for more details.

What is a typical lead time for stock items and custom Items?
Stock mouldings can ship from our facility within 2 - 10 days. Stock carvings ship within 2 - 5 days. Custom lineal mouldings ship within 4 weeks and custom woodcarving within 5 - 6 weeks. Please remember to allow time for shipping.

Do you offer design assistance?
Yes, design assistance is available - Refer to our "Service/Support." Please call us with any design questions you may have.

What lengths are available in your hardwood mouldings? Is there a minimum order?
Our hardwood lineal mouldings are produced from 65% 12' - 16' lengths in stock (overall 3' - 16'). There is no minimum order but 3' is the smallest we produce. Ultra-Flex™ moulding is available for curved applications and is produced in lengths from 5' - 12'. There is no minimum but the small length offered is 5'. Lengths can be specified for an upcharge. Ask our representative for pricing.

What mouldings can I use for curved applications?
All of White River Hardwoods mouldings are available in UltraFlex™. UltraFlex is a syntactic polyurethane compound with a composition similar to wood (it is a flexible moulding). It installs and may be handled just like wood. UltraFlex may be painted or stained. UltraFlex is ordered on a "per order" basis and made specifically to your specifications. It is perfect for arches over windows and doors as well as curved walls and other curved applications.

Can you stain Poplar?
Absolutely! White River precision machine their complete line of mouldings from solid, clear Poplar. Poplar can stain to match Cherry, Maple, Mahogany, Maple, Birch, Walnut and many other hardwoods.
